Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Terms of Return
- You have 21 days from the shipment date to initiate a return through our online returns portal.
- You then have a further 7 days for your return to be received back at our warehouse. This applies to all orders, including those with pre-order items.
State of Return
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Free from any imperfections caused by the customer, including makeup, tan, or other marks
Reasons for Return
You may return items for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or fit
- Damaged or faulty item
- Incorrect item received
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Earrings
- Lingerie
- Swimwear with the hygiene strip and/or tags removed
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Items with the tags and/or security ribbons removed
- Items with any imperfections caused by the customer
- Tights, socks, hold-ups, stockings, or bodystockings (unless unopened or faulty)
Return Process
- Initiate your return through our online returns portal within 21 days of the shipment date.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include only the items you are returning.
- Send your return to the address provided on the returns portal.
- Please note that items from multiple orders cannot be returned in the same parcel. Create a separate return for each order.
Exchanges
- We currently offer exchanges within the UK. You can request an exchange through our returns portal.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- For exchanges outside the UK, please return your items for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Please allow 14 days from the date your return is received for your refund to be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at ayaan@oursmadeforyou.com before creating a return. We will work to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
